I made this bowl entirely from magazines. There are numerous layers of strips of magazines in shades of brown. Because of all the layers, the bowl is very firm and sturdy. I made sure it dried between each layer and used only non toxic gloss. It is also sealed so that it is protected.
This is a one of a kind item (OOAK) and is 100% eco friendly and recycled. It makes a great gift for your eco friendly friend or girlfriend or keep it for yourself. Works great a desk accessory, pencil cup, or miscellaneous catch all container.
Measures just under 5" in diameter and 2 5/8" tall. It tapers to a base that is a little over 2" in width.
